Tata Indicom Broadband I have been trying to follow up with Tata for more than three months to get my problem rectified and they never really take it serious. Here are the mails exchanged with them, but till date I am yet to get a solution. This is the routine of what happens with you.
I lodge complaint You give me a complaint number I wait for your call I call you again You assure me of the best of services and advertise about your dial up connections I mail you and blast you You reply coolly as if you have got an award from me The service is up for a couple of hours The service goes dead Time for another complaint!

Thanks for checking this out. Your records may be showing that the problem is rectified, but you never checked out the log in and out details. The connection is terminated every few seconds and this is becoming really frustrating. At right now at this moment I can see the PPP light on my router off.
I don't understand why your team can't pick up the phone and speak to me.
If you fee that the records show usage please check it for 12 Sep 07 after 6:00pm. Its total loss of connection. Is your records showing that? Don't try to be defensive rather than trying to solve the problem. No body would like to waste their time writing these complaints for fun that too for a team like yours.
Also please see the way your guys work. I raised tickets numbered 3517334, 331901 and 3563290 regarding connectivity issues and also frequent disconnection. Your guys recklessly closed the tickets without even checking with the customer. Its really rubbish from your end.
I will be taking this to the consumer forum with all the details and tickets raised by me, if this time no action is taken by you. Can I have a number where I can speak to some senior people in your organization.

I have been facing serious problems with your connection since last TWO months and the response from your team needless to say is pathetic and horrible.
I have at last decided to say goodbye to the connection after being frustrated for more than a year. Please compare with your nearest competitor and find out what is lacking in your service. You minimum response time is ONE WEEK! Better not to speak only
I hope nobody can beat that
