They Screw Up and Expect Me to Pay For It

I ordered two lamps. They charged me, but only shipped one lamp -and that lamp arrived late and broken. I have repeatedly requested that they send me a replacement part, but all they will say is "we have ordered it". They won't tell me when I can expect it to arrive. In the meantime, they claim to have shipped the second lamp that they "forgot" to ship originally, but there's been no sign of it. The FedEx tracking number they gave me showed it scheduled for delivery, but the delivery never happened and FedEx can't say if/when they will get around to it. In fact, they can't/won't say anything to me at all -but that's another complaint. CSN Lighting keeps telling me to be patient and trust them, but I'm sick of waiting for things I paid for weeks ago. I decided to return the lamps, but then I would have to pay for the return shipping and a restocking fee, as well as the original shipping. I can't win. DON'T CONSIDER DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM.
