HDFC Customer Care Does't Have Manners Hi Friends, I am Kalyan , Today when i received a call from 08066633846. As soon as i accepted the call One lady started blasting me saying thati hav not paid my bill in a worst manners. In the conversation i came to know that she was supposed to call Mr.Kalyan Prakash, she was talking to a customer in a state that she does't have time confirm Name of the customer she was talking to. This is the kind of service that HDFC bank is providing now a days. When i told her that she is talking to Kalyan.Boya she immediately cut phone. when i called the same number one lady called shruthi(Bannargatta Branch ) she starting asking somany questions and finally concluded the call saying "I don't know who called you, if u receive the same call next time complain me and then i will escalate this to my higher officers and i am asking sorry behalf of her". Being a Customer why shall we take the others mistake granted.
