RC2 Toy Corporation

I recently sent recalled Thomas & Friends wooded toys back to RC2

corporation based upon voluntary recall. It was stated in the return

information that Postage will be reimbursed via separately-mailed check

at the estimated U.S. Postal Service Ground rate. The cost for me to box

up and send the toys was $8.95 parcel post. RC2 sent a refund check for

only $6.55. The RC2 customer service representative stated RC2 was only

reimbursing for cost that the company will incur to ship the same toys

back to my address, therefore the company can ship more efficiently

saving $2.40 difference in cost.

Thanks RC2 for wasting my time and money.
