Hutch Post paid connection : Transfer of ownership from corporate to Individual and change of plan

The mail chain below shows the apathy of Hutch care / corp relations

team to whome I have been writing for the last ~ 2 month to get my

mobile number transferred to my name . It was a corporate connection

provided to me by my earlier organization. Hutch seems to be

intentionally delaying the transfer as they were charging higher tarrif

in the earlier plan and are continuing to do so. Numerous mails and

telephone calls to have not yet helped me in getting this matter closed.

This is Narendra K. Gupta, Senior Manager , Accenture India, Bangalore,

writing to you wrt the request that I had made to Hutch Corp Relations

team on July-17th which has still not been addressed.




I was working with Sasken Comm. Tech, earlier and was provided a

corporate connection with number 9886332025. On moving to Accenture on

July-16th, I had made a request to move this connection to my name and

change the plan to ACC-299 applicable for Accenture employees.




I have been following up for the last ~ 2 months to get a closure on

this, as you can see in the email below, but every time I am being given

one or the other reason on why this has not been done.




I am extremely unhappy and frustrated with the way this whole thing has

been handled and the apathy shown towards a customer. While every month

I am being charged the higher monthly rent as per the earlier plan,

there is no one who seems to be aware of the clear process to close

this.




I have been speaking to Ranjit ( 98860 18731) and Meena ( 9886163325) on

this.




Request you to look in to this and help me in getting this closed.
