AT&T wireless bad business

cell phone AT&T wireless AT&T mobility Glenridge Highlands TWO 5565 Glenridge connector Atlanta, Ga 30342 US My phone has been giving me trouble since I've been with AT&T and the service is horrible. I first went into a store to "purchase" another phone. I wanted a refurb but the store clerk said I would have to go online for that. I went online and there the option to buy another phone kept going around in circles. Later that night I called AT&T and noone new how to help me. I only wanted to buy a phone. Is that too much to ask. I ended up being transfered 4 different times and disconnected twice. The next day I went online to speak to a representative via instant message. She informed me that I could'nt buy a new phone unless I go into a store(where I started out). The customer service at AT&T is one of the worst that I have ever experienced. All they care about is getting more customers and care less about the customers they already have. I will definetly be looking for a new provider. Geller927 Aquarina Blvd. Melbourne Bch., FL 32951 I have experienced the same from AT&T regarding my two phones, that oh by the way have been replaced 3 & 4 times. Now,even that I was told by a supervisor, (2)A.M's that I need to change to a different make & model, I would still need to sign another contract and re-purchase all my accessories, again at my expense. My existing service doesn't work half the time, my calls are dropped. And my equipment that I paid full price for doesn't "WORK." But, it my problem, that their policy. - From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Wednesday, 17-Oct-07 13:38:44 CDT Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This |
