I have not used your services for a long time. I need a full refund for all the charges done to my credit card. If I get ready of bell south next month I will like to re-open my account with 772-878-2626. This has been my home number for a long time. At the time I had you I was with adelphia which it was charging me for an internet that had so many problems to connect that I could not use your services so I contacted your office and I was told that you will stop this services. You are charging me every month I sent you several letters so please refund my credit card and stop charging me. I never use your services because it was impossible to do so. I will contact better bussiness bureu as well you need to stop. I told you that as soon I fix my internate problems I will contact you IN november I am looking into comcast cable, Dsl then i will like for you to help me with phone services.
