I have a complaint against Power Net Global. I tried to use them for lon=

g distance coverage and they switched my long distance from my home, cell p=

hone, and a business phone that was a contact number without authorization. They never did get the correct phone number into service. I paid 2 monthsworth of bills that was not the correct number to be charged. The first mo=

nth I called and ask about the billing and was told that by paying the billI accepted charges. I was very unhappy with their lack of service,and gene=

ral lack of knowledge.This was very important because the service was for m=

y mother who is in a residential home and needs phone service.This was herconnection to the outside world.=20=20=20=20

I am paying twice as much in fees as to what calls I make. I use Magic Jack, cost me 19.95 a year for as many calls as I make. I think I will close my acct. Thank you
