My service has been disconnected since October 4, 2007. My residential phone - 248-366-

1137, and my computer line -248-363-7801, have both been disconnected. I did not request

disconnection, and I have been trying to have service restored since October 5, 2007- (the day I found out that my service had been disconnected). I have called the indicated numbers numerous times without any results - one lie after another: 1-800-244-4444, 1-800- 288- 2020, 1-800-515-7272, 1-800-444-9438. The only number that I have and have not tried calling yet is 1-800-459-0443 - this number was provided by one of the customer reps. due to the inconveniences and run-around I have been given. As a last attempt, I am e-mailing you to get this problem resolved immediately. I am seriously ill and I also have a business to contend with. In essence, I really need phone service. If I do not get this resolved immediately, I will go to another provider and AT&T will never have me as a customer again. Some of the reps. have told me that I was never "merged", and that's why they don't have me listed as a customer. This was stated to me after they asked for my customer ID

(2062560). I have repeatedly told them that my service should not have been disrupted due to any internal operations. I pay my bill and I really don't appreciate this at all. Your reps. have all been inefficient - they have bounced me around from one department to another, put me on "hold" for over 30 minutes without ever returning back to the phone, Supervisors have failed to come to the phone, promised to have service restored by October 6Th at 7pm, promised me that service would be restored without any further delay by 5pm October 8Th, the Business Center has connected me to the Repair Center and indicated that this is a Repair Center problem, the Repair Center has told me that this is a Business Center related problem and re-routed me to the Business Center, etc. It's inconceivable that this is what's going on at a major business Corp. I expect to be compensated for the days without service and for all the nonsense I have been put through. Again, I need to hear

from you immediately- the best response is with service restored to both phone lines - dial tones.
