King of Swords took my money and DID NOT deliver the merchandise. I ordered Bill's Katana, a replica from the movie Kill Bill. After e-mailing and waiting for over 2 months I cancelled my order. MY MONEY WAS NOT REFUNDED! Though I tried on many occasions to get my money refunded, I was ignored. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and have not heard anything since. From looking at the Better Business Bureau's website, I noticed that other complaints have been filed against the company as well. BE WARNED!

after waiting 4 months for my order i cancelled and was promised a refund. now a month later they have ignored the 20 emails i sent them. this is theft and fraud.

ditto...ditto...ditto.....the cell numer for this guy is 404-543-5882...I placed an order in Nov '07 for Christmas and it is April '08...the scam was this "this shipment is held in customs at present and will be shipped asap" the bank allows only 45 days in order to process a refund, which I did not know but this guy knows how to keep you waiting past that point... It's not over tho! I actually spoke with a person at the above number ...this is a 1st... the number on the website gets you nowhere. The guy blew me off as soon as he realized I wasn't a new customer and had a problem. Here is my vow: He may keep my $90.00 in the end but it will be hard earned on his part. Because I just got started. EVERYONE ...please call the GA State Attorney General!!! Report this and get this guy off the web! 404-656-3300 Have a pen ready as they are going to direct you to consumer complaints...The BB is good as far as making a report, but we need action against this company for ripping off the public!!! COME ON...JOIN FORCES NOW

The same thing is still happening to me.

King of Swords took my money and after several attempts for information on why my order was taking so long.I've been wait 4 months and haven't recieved a conformation that my order has been shipped. I'm going to file a complaint to the BBB see what they have to say.

Also I have seen at least 30 or more complaints like this one on the net.

I'll keep you posted on the developments.
