Budget Van Rental Deception

I reserved a van rental through Budget's website and the price I was given was $150.

When I went to the given location to pick it up, I was told that the van was not available and I had to upgrade to the next level. Since I needed a van, I had no choice but to cough up an extra $100 bucks for the rental.

My friends and I have made up our minds not give them any more business.
