This letter is being sent to you as I have received no response to my mails sent to you on: August 06, 2007; July 02, 2007 and 31 May 2007.

Be advised that I am most concerned about your non caring / non responsive attitude. This issue has been pending for more than four months.

I request you to please refund the same. As the next option for me is to take legal action.

Please reply ASAP regarding the status of my letter.

Hello,

I am using the 8800 Blackberry handset.

When I check for spellings - I get the following error: "uncaught exception:Field added to a manager while it is already parented"

1) My registered user id email is sahney(at)vsnl.com,

2) I recently upgraded my handset

3) Connectivity Test is fine.

4) I am using the "use blackberry web connect" option

Please help!
