HP(Hewlett Packard), not answering to the communications made

On purchase of the said MFP the dealer promised that on sending a D.D. worth Rs.250/- with Bar-coded sticker company will send you a free toner.

I sent the D.D. along with the sticker but even after several reminders I have not received the said gift.
