To Whom It May Concern, this Sunday morning I went to McDonalds at 209 Peach=

tree St.Atlanta, GA 30303. My first order consisted of:

1-Sausage Egg MCMuffin with =C2=A0cheese

1- 2 Hashbrowns

1 LRG Coffee

Problem the cashier was unable to provide me with a receipte of my order. Th=

erefore I asked if she would cancel my order and have me sign a refund credi=

t back to my card. I was informed I was unable to do a refund back to my car=

d because the printer for the receipts didn=E2=80=99t work. After informing=20=

them I was not leaving without either a receipt or a copy of my credit refun=

d back to my Wachovia Bank account and. I informed them I didn=E2=80=99t wan=

t cash back, I wanted the amount credited back to my debit account. Woman ca=

lming to be a manager in brown shirt called her manager on her cell phone an=

d he had her to redo my order and for me to select ok instead of credit to r=

efund my Charge to my bank card. =C2=A0I formed them I was aware that they c=

ould have pulled up my order onto another register to print my receipt or myrefund slip.=C2=A0 =C2=A0The older woman in charge had re taken my order an=

d wanted me to take the receipt that didn=E2=80=99t have my debit card numbe=

r on it and I refused. After she redid my order she tried to get me to sign=20=

a refund slip for an order I didn=E2=80=99t place at all and refused to signthe refund slip for that order. She signed she was going to fill out the re=

fund slip for an order I didn=E2=80=99t place and I should not have been cha=

rged for. I order the below only and each mistake they made should have the=20=

same price and items on it and if not, then no wonder they didn=E2=80=99t wa=

nt to provide a receipt to my order, they didn=E2=80=99t put my correct orde=

r they were charging me for in the register.
