Nectar GB nectar.com Nectar were offering a free treat, day out or beauty treatment. On Sept 19 I applied online for day out voucher. Supposed to send by email within 24 hours. Did not receive. Tried to apply online again but said I had already applied. I phoned number on the website on 26th September. Spoke to unhelpful lady who said would take 7-10 days. I asked her why they said 24 hrs on website then and why didn't they update their website but she wasn't interested. I still haven't received the voucher as at 6 Oct. On 4 Oct I tried contacting Nectar who have an live on line contact system. Every time I tried to contact someone using this system, it said I was in a queue and each time I would get down to being number 1 in queue but then I would be just left in queue for 20mins. I tried a few times. This service is also just another con and does not work. They should not offer free things if they cannot cope with response.
