The Nature of my complaint is against Avis Car Rental @ Midway Airport.

What transpired:

I visited the rental service on second floor. The custoer service was below average.

I was spoken to inappropraitely twice by the party who provided the rental as I was spoken to harshly by a different employee whom provided the Car. Communication is the problem,

The party did not inform us that the car which was discuss to be rented to us was not available, upon picking up the car. at rental. I was spoken to inappropraitely by thier employee which she asked me if I could see. I was looking for a pt Cruiser for which not knowing thier land mark and not seeing the car, I kept searching for the car. Which she never gave any instructions as to where I could find my car. I filed a complaint internally which I asked to speak to the supervisor concerning both employee behavior, as the fault was on both employee, I was never given an appology by thier supervisor, I waited to file this complaint after returning the car, to be spoken to stil in an inapproprite manner, which is why my complaint is being forwarded as I am seeking an invesitgation as I desire to file a law suit against the Airport, forstly for mis treatment during my employment search and not being given the answers to why I as abused by the airline and that of employee

of Southwest Airlines specificly a female flight attendant, and refusing to allow for me to work as a flight attendant. I was harassed during flights and the flight crew did nothing to stop an obnoxiuos

drunk passenger, however parties of this airport feel they have this right to speak to me inappropriately. I am seeking as remedy the closing of this Avis rental, to be assured these employees have no employment for thier actions against me.
