Don't complain about Adam and Eve

I ordered from Adam and Eve, as I have done for many years and did not receive the offer I received in an email. I sent a complaint to their customer service and was told they would take me off their mailing lists. I only asked that they live up to their promise, but their answer was that I would never hear from them again. They say customer satisfaction is their mission, but don't complain or you can't do business with them again.

complaint is the company represented they were discreet. We now recieve indiscreet postcards anyone can read. Our son brought in this unexpected mail and read it I was SOOOOOO mortified! I called the company and was told that they would not stopped the mailings because it was under my husbands name. Funny, they had no problem letting me order under my husbands name!

I spoke to Naomi and she refused and then I asked for the owner. I was told it was Phil Harvey and he doesn't talk to constomers.

We will no longer buy from that company. I didn't mind a prviate email but an indiscreet postcard....NO WAY!
