I have paid for my 2005 Toyota Camry in full (wrote a check for the pay off amount) and I have even been mailed the title to the vehicle. Toyota Financial Services continues to take payments after the vehicle was paid in full. I called them regarding this, faxed bank statements and thier customer service department is slow to respond and not eager to help. No refund has been given. I was told their auto pay you can enroll in at thier website does not have a control in place to stop payments one the vehicle is paid in full. As a CPA this amazes me. I love the vehicles but don't use Toyota Financial Services if you don't have to.
