This company offered a monthly subscription for access to their website with online marketing tips. They charged $17 a month to my credit card. The service was OK, but not that impressive, so I cancelled it. I have been trying to cancel it now since March 1, 2007- 6 months!! I have called, emailed, forwarded previous emails, talked with multiple customer service people, all to no avail. The website invites you to "just email us" if you'd like to cancel. Just try, though, and see if you have any chance of cancelling. When I cancelled, I stopped receiving the monthly passwords to the site, so they must have received my notification, but they continue to charge me every month. Their voicemail system indicates that they return all calls the next business day. I have left messages three days in a row and am still waiting for a call back. In my opinion, nobody should do business with them. If you're willing to commit to a monthly charge for the rest of your natural life, by all means go ahead, but don't expect that you'll be able to cancel...ever.

I suggest to post complaints on the Support Page http://www.marketingtips.com/support.html.

According to my experiences at least you get answers and actions.

But I know, that you have really to study carrefully the sales copy in order to know what charges you will have to expect!
