Fedex Delivery

Here are the details:

Tracking # 233698110021426. FedEx delivered my table to my apartment

leasing office 09/21/07. There was no attempt of delivery notice left on my

door. I had to track the package online to realize it had even arrived in

Annapolis. When I contacted FedEx they told me they were not responsible

for delivering the item to my address that the mail room would suffice.

When I told them I was a military wife and my husband is deployed leaving me

with no resource to carry the 70lb box up the four flights of stairs to my

apartment, the phone customer service showed great concern. However, the

shipping facility did not share this concern. They have promised every day

for the past 4 days, 'the package will be delivered today'. The package

still remains in my leasing office. I have contacted the shipper notifying

him that my only other option will be to ship the table back to him and hope

the table stays in stock until I re-order it in January when my husband

returns from his deployment. All I want is my table. Thanksgiving is going

to be hard enough spent alone. I wanted to at least have a table for the

meal I will not be sharing.

Fedex is a courier/delivery service. They are not a moving company. Let me guess you probably want them to put the darn thing together for you to huh. Unreal.
