Bass Tracker Nitro 482 Bass Boad

I purchased a 2007 Nitro 482 Bass Boat in June of this year with a 135 hp

Mercury outboard motor. Since I purchased the boat it has been in the repair

shop for over 8 weeks because of a defect in the boat. At 3000 to 3500 rpm's

the boat leans badly to the left and if you turn loose of the steering wheel

the boat will immediately take a right turn to the point of throwing you out

of the boat. After taking service managers and mechanics for a test ride and

talking with the factory they are telling me that I am not driving the boat

properly and that this is a natural trait.

I am in the process of filing a lawsuit against Bass Tracker.
