I bought a new refrigerator on 10/6/07 from Sears. We had it delivered

on 10/20/07. They give a 2hr window when they delivered the product.

They came took out the old refrigerator & put in the new one. Then they

had me sign for it. The whole process took about 10 minutes. They didn't

check it out to make sure everything was working properly. After they

left we checked it out. The refrigerator door was not properly

installed. The door doesn't close all the way. We have to lift up on the

door handle to make sure the door is closed. We can also move the door

up. The door was not positioned correctly. We called for services as

soon as we notice the door not working, which was on 10/20/07 after the

delivery guys left. We had a lot of trouble getting an appointment for

some one to come out. They wanted to come out in two weeks. I said that

was not good. That my food will spoil. I asked to speak to a supervisory

& kept getting cut off when I was being transferred. I had my husband

call & he got an appt. on 10/27/07. We were told that the same delivery

guys could come back out and fix the door. Sears calls you the night

before & gives you a 2hr time frame. They called Friday night & said

that they could not make it Sat. 10/27/07. My husband got an appt. on

11/3/07. On Sat 10/27/07 about 3 or 4 times Sears called and said we did

not have an appt. We told them, we made an appt on Friday 10/26/07 for

11/3/07. They said we were not on the books. I hang up with them. When

my husband came home he called Sears & got the same resp. By this time

it was so bad, that I was ready to throw the refrigorator out the

window. We finally got some one to tell us that we were on the books for

service on 11/3/07. The reason we were not on the books is because the

appt. was made with the delivery dept. & the service dept was the ones

calling us all day on 10/27/07 saying were do not have a appt. I hope

that they show up on 11/3/07 & fix the refrigerator. This as been a very

bad experience. I will never buy another product from Sears again!!!!
