NO RESPONSE FROM GE CEO, JEFFREY R. IMMELT

I have written directly to the CEO of General Electric Corporation, Jeffrey R. Immelt, three times regarding numerous problems with my new GE refrigerator: 8-9-07; 9-7-07; and 10-8-07, but have yet to receive a response. The third letter was sent via registered mail, and I have the signed receipt in my possession, dated 10-11-07. Still no reply.
