Mercy Health Systems

We are in network with First Health Network but cant get an authorization for our services because the authorization department is not helpful or friendly and says we are out of network but yet when I call provider services they say we are, one hand does not know what the other is doing and in the mean time a lady that desperatly needs our service can not obtain it.
