Do not buy Sears gift cards online!

I purchased a Sears gift card for my dad's birthday back on 01 Sep 2007. I recieved conformation that my order had been recieved and Sears had no problem charging my credit card right away. However, they never mailed it out! I called 3 different times between 22 Sep 2007 and 10 Oct 2007 demanding a refund and each time, I was promised a refund in an amount of time that varied from 5 days to 2 weeks. They were really shady about why it was never mailed. It's now 30 Oct 2007 and I still haven't recieved a refund! I'll never shop at Sears or Kmart again. I've had to file a complaint with Better Business Bureau about this matter. If I went into a Sears and stole merchandise I'd be arrested, but for some reason, Sears can steal money from me and not be held accountable. Ridiculous.
