Beware Benjamin Moore Paints

Benjamin Moore (BM) manufacturers and sells one of the most expensive lines of paints available. Last year we hired a first class painting contractor who used BM paint for the interior of our condo. Six months later we removed several pictures in the living room to find that the original color had faded significantly. We contacted BM through their website and were told that the paint must have been applied incorrectly. Now, how can a paint be applied wrong? Long story short we were told BM would do nothing because this was our fault! Suggestion: use Behr paint (Home Depot) which are much cheaper and HD and Behr stands behind their products.
