Alledged Deliquent Account

I received a Letter from this Company claiming I had a Delinquent account from Sears the Original Creditor and LVNV Funding the current one for almost $3000 I have no Credit Cards with anywhere remotely close to that type Limit and I am not and never have been a customer of Sears I am a proud Patron of Wal Mart and the thing Also I received another Letter from Resurgent Capital Services saying they too were the Firm given the Account how can that be when they are both under the same Company that really gets my goat is how or why they did not even bother to check for verification in case of a fraudulant Charge Account or Charge Card being used I have even contacted Sears regarding this with the same information so this shows their ineptitude
