I work in the oxford circus store in Zara I am a cashier. And I sympathise with you and believe what you said was correct that is very true. However our store has been revamped and changed. I admitt he customer service was poor and the lack of staff was devastating. If you do want to complain or discuss this you should call and tell the Zara head office. Our store is no reviewed every month by a mystery shopper and we have go really good reviews this month. We have more staff, better managers, more cashiers on the tills. We hardly have queues or customers complaining about managers, our communication have improved. You should come and visit us. I am really sorry about your experience and if you ever do need a manager just ask and we will no hesitate thank you very much

Still no-one accepting any responsibility and I am furious.

And I am still writing to this imaginary customer service department??

I have sent many emails now and I will keep sending until I get some sort of reply for the amazing LACK OF CONTACT after receiving a customer complaint.

The service in your Oxford Street store is terrible and then the service from customer service is even worse.

This is now 4 weeks since I sent the original email and I have not had a response.

You enjoy taking peoples money but then dont have any time for them. I am going to keep posting on as many sites as I can find about the terrible lack of respect that Zara has for its custom.

Zara-Oxford Circus

Almost everytime (now at least the last 5 times) when I want to purchase a shirt, trousers or a jumper...I am shocked how frequently I am moved from the short queue in the mens section upstairs to wait in a longer queue still with 1x person working on the till.

I buy multiple items every month from your store and now I feel its just not right.

I dont go shopping all the time but I spend large amounts of money at your store every month but end up frustrated and cursing the fact I have to always be moved upstairs to pay and to a longer queue.

When mentioned in store the staff just looked at me blank...or I was just ignored...no-one apologised...no-one admitted to be a Manager...do you have Managers in store??

Why would know one stand up and be counted as a manager???????

I have found this so frustrating and unprofessional that I find myself wasting my time to write to you with this complaint and looking for another store that I can purchase my clothes. I used to have such high regard for Zara.

Is this just the UK London stores??????
