Four weeks after sending in the required form and UPC/serial number barcode I received a postcard in the mail that claimed that I had not included the UPC/serial. I calle to explain they I did indead include the UPC/serial barcode. They want me to send a photocopy of the items that I have already sent. What a scam, how can I send a copy of an item that they have. I ask that they send the item back to me and I would copy it and send it back. They said that couldn't do that. The proof that they received the UPC is that they respond to my one and only complete submission. They are committing deliberate fraud and should pay for this. It is disappointing to see companies resorting to this tactic when they can get business being honest. Always copy any correspondence with Samsung as it appears to be the only recourse if they decided to deny your rebate request. The monitor was purchased at Amazon.com.
