From You Flowers Fails to Deliver

I originally chose to place an order with From You Flowers because, according to the website, I could get delivery of my flowers on the following day, which was a Sunday.

I placed my order, but then received a call on Sunday stating that my flowers could not be delivered because they could not find a florist to make the delivery. There was no compensation offered, just a promise that the flowers would be delivered on Monday with a note of apology. When I asked, the operator agreed to an upgrade. I accepted this.

On Monday I received a call at 6 PM stating that the flowers were not delivered and asking if I would like to have them delivered on Tuesday, with a free upgrade. Note that the time of the call made it impossible to get same day delivery from another business. I did cancel my order and did receive a refund, but I would not recommend this service to anyone that wants flowers delivered in a timely manner.

This is a HORRIBLE Company. I ordered flowers for my wife on her birthday. They delivered on time - the tiniest most sad looking flowers you can imagine. I sent them a picture of what I ordered and what arrived. After much back and forth with customer service, they finally agreed to a PARTIAL refund. I will NEVER do business with them again!

HOW DOES THIS COMPANY KEEP BUSINESS?This is the worst company I have ever done business with! Not only will my step mother and my 80 year old grandmother not recieve flowers on Mothers Day but my day is also ruined. I placed 3 orders on the 3rd of May and called and spoke with them several times to make sure my orders would be good. I was reassured everytime that my ...orders were good to go. The first order that was supposed to be delivered on Mothers Day was delivered on Friday the 6th. I had two more orders left. I recieved an email at 400AM (on Mothers Day) saying they could not fulfill my orders. I called and "Alissa" said that she didn't know why I recieved the emails and that the orders were "on the truck". My family never recieved any flowers. Once again I called back and was told they didn't have florist in the area. I wanted to know why I was told that I was good to go and not told the truth so I could have made other arrangements. All they offered was "sorry" and a $20 gift certificate that I would never use because I will not do business with them again or any of their affiliates. They also offered to call my Grandmother and tell her sorry. REALLY? This may be the last Mothers day that my Grandmother sees and they want to tell her sorry?? They are only going to refund the money for two orders although they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I AM NOT SATISFIED!! This business DOES NOT care about their customers and I would not be suprised if the money is not refunded to my account in 1-2 business days like they said they would.

Same thing just happened to me!!!

Blamed the florist on the other end, said there computer wasnt working. What a joke.

Ordered flowers for my 85 year old Grandmothers birthday. Used expedited service. Supposed to be there by noon. Got a call from my mother at 6pm, no flowers. When I called, no apology, they will send the next day. Not their fault - its the florists. Take responsbililty!! Avoid this company, they are scam artists that would have taken my $100 if I didnt call. Why is it my job to make sure the flowers get delivered??????

Wish I had looked at this site before placing an order with From You Flowers. On 11/17/10, I ordered a Thanksgiving centerpiece to be delivered 11/24. It was delivered 11/17. I had to convince the clerk I complained to the next day to send a replacement arrangement on 11/24, as ordered. Well, the REORDER failed entirely. From You blamed the local florist computer being down. Friday delivery was the best they could do. Only after griping did he offer me a refund of my $15 service fee. When I rejected that, he offered 50% off my order. I demanded a complete refund AND replacement arrangement asap. Surprise...they refused. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I ordered flowers for my Dad, they said flowers would get there by Christmas. I got a call and they told me there were no shops to deliver and they would send a bigger arrangement to make up for being late. I just found out on 4/25/10 that the arrangement was very small and not a nice one. So I called today and they told me no refund because to much time has elapsed. They then offered me a 20.00 cert. toward more flowers. I just wanted a refund. I will never order again and will pursue this matter further.

My story is so similar. Sunday delivery was promised, but they called and stated that, due to unforeseen circumstances, the flowers could not be delivered on Sunday (my mother's 80th birthday). They asked if there was a time on Monday that would be okay and I told them it had to be before noon. The flowers were delivered Monday NIGHT, with the florist saying they were busy. When I contacted From You Flowers, they offered to subtract the expedited fee. This is the fee for Sunday delivery! Wow,how generous. I would recommend that you stay away from this company
