Apartment deposit

I am writing to file a complain against Ocean Pebbles Apartments for keeping part of my deposit without reason or previous notice. The property was checked by the landlady and maintenance manager in my presence and the only charge I signed for was a 35$ stain inside the oven. The carpet was done by a carpet cleaner company (80$) , no stains in the walls or damages in the apartment.

Now the landlady is taking from my deposit another 110$ for "extra cleaning" when the apartment was inmaculate. As she refused to talk to me or my husband, we have send her a letter with obviously no reply.

I look forward to a resolution to my problem, and will wait until November 10th before seeking help from a costumer protection agency or the Better Business Bureau.
