Air Conditioner, Refrigerator, other applicances SEARS US sears.com I ordered an air conditioner/heater from Sears in early September. After six weeks and still no AC (and more than six calls to customer service) I finally cancelled the order and reordered it via a customer service representative. Sears charged me more for the product the second time around and it took an additional three weeks to arrive. Furthermore, the first purchase was never refunded. Sears.com is telling me the store is responsible for the refund, while the store says Sears is responsible for it. I have spent more than nine hours on the phone with the company and the issue remains unresolved.
