False 100% Guarantee

This company and its "sister" companies, secretly keep tabs on how many returns or in my case when dead plants are sent. When you have replacements they tabulate what you think are separate companies (same customer service phone number for all the companies listed above), how many times you have problems and then suddenly without notice they canel all your orders based on problems you have had with and sister companies plants/bulbs. They reship without your knowledge of this, then silently "blacklist" you as "delinquent" and refuse any more service with all the other companies included. I had orders, was waiting for proper shipping time and was even listed on the websites as eventually on their way. I called to check on exact dates and was told everything was cancelled from all their companies. THEIR 100% GUARANTEE IS FALSELY ADVERTISED (FRAUDULANT) AND COMES WITH HIDDEN CONDITIONS/AGENDA.

IF YOU BUY FROM THEM, GOOD LUCK. Another sister company Audobon Workshop (where I had inferior plants continually arriving nearly dead and very frail, which all died immeidately after planting), is a real loser sister. Without any disclosure they are gathering statistics on how many times they reship their "dead" plants then without any notice whatsoever, they declare you "delinquent" and cancel all orders with all their sister companies. Stay away from all these sister companies, there are many other mail order plant and bulb companies that do not use such deceptive practices with better quality where you do not have to request reshipments because the plants arrive very healthy.

I also agree that these companies, Springhill and its sister companies, are completely dishonest and their "100% guarantee" is a complete joke. How can companies get away with this when the have a guarantee like this. As soon as you get what they think is too many replacement flowers, they tell you that you are no longer in good standing with their company. I did file with the Better Business Bureau, but they told them the same garbage they told me. I would never, never, recommend any of these companies to anyone.
