britehouse broke my only tv and they keep giving me the runaround

Britehouse tech came to connect internet and broke my TV when he did something behind it. I complained for about 2 weeks. I was told that someone would come to fix the TV.I waited 2 days and Roland finally showed up. He tried to fix the TV for about an hour, he finally stated that he would have to take the TV with him. He took it on Oct.19th. I havent heard anything from him or the cable company since then. It has been a almost a month since this started and I am really fed up!
