SELLS FAKE/BOGUS PHONE CARDS TO WORLWIDE CUSTOMERS...BEWARE DO NOT FALL FOR THE TRAP....

DO NOT BUY PHONE CARDS FROM THE THERICHCOM.COM AS I HAD WORSTEXPERIENCE AS THEY SELL BOGUS PHONE CARDS AND THEY DO NOT HELP YOU AND BLAME THE OTHER CARD COMPANIES. I BOUGHT $100'S WORTH PHONE CARDS AS THEY PROMISED TO GIVE SETA AMOUNT OF MINUTES AND AFTER I BOUGHT THEY CUT THE MINUTES INTO HALF. WHEN I CALLED TO RECTIFY AND ASKED FOR REFUND THEY REFUSED ME POINT BLANK. THIS MESSAGE IS TO AMERICAN PEOPLE OR ALL CREW MEMBERS "DO NOT BUY ANY PHONE CARDS FROM THE RICHCOM.COM" AS THEY ARE BOGUS. I purchased the internet telephony card from this company on Oct-11-2010 for 20$, It was

mentioned that using that card i can talk for 12000 minutes.

But i got surprised that card was over after using only 500 minutes.I reported the

promlem to company around 20-25 times , I called them but till date they have not solved my

problem and looks like they are one of the most unprofessional people in the whole world. I

want serious action should be taken against their Manager ( Susan) because they are just

cheating the people.
