defective software

i'm filing now because this co cotacted me this month to sell me software.last year i paid $168.00 dollars for software that wouldn't work on all 3 of my computers,i sent it back,the co.kept it and my money.the bbb never got a respone but they had the nerve to try to sell me something again.

Boy I thought I was having problems with Prep Logic, I cannot get them to email my user name and password I spent $240.00 .

However I am giving them their 48 hour to respond, after that I am contacting their Consumer Affaris Division in FL. as Well my State Attorney General and will post every consumer site about this company.

I will advise any IT People That I come accross.
