Dear Sir,


First of all I would request you to kindly spare a few minutes of your =

valuable time to go through the email and do the necessary at your end.


I are really sorry to bother you as there is no one else who seems to be =

responsible in your concern to listen to the complaints of customers and =

attend to them properly/seriously. Let me introduce my company Nuova =

Shoes, located at Khasra No. 432, Mauza Gailana, Asopa Hospital Road, =

Agra and our company has the following connections which according to =

Airtel is under "CORPORATE" category but not getting enough attention to =

the complaints. I would also like to bring to your kind notice that I =

have been a favourite of Airtel as I have a residence in Delhi too and =

use Airtel there and when Airtel was introduced in Agra I was one among =

the first to get a connection for me/our company. We have the following =

connections :

Our average billing per month for all the above connections is more than =

Rs. 50,000. But due to poor services from your staff we had to surrender =

9897526663 and we were supposed to get the refund of the caution money =

we have deposited against this number (Rs. 7500) which we have still not =

received till date.


I used to travel extensively and almost out of India for atleast 10-15 =

days in a month because of which I opted to have a Black Berry so that I =

am aware of the my latest business requirements and reply to the emails =

of my customer immediately which is the most important part of my =

business.=20


To quote incidents chronologically :


I have been using one of the above numbers on a Black Berry 8700 handset =

which hardly worked for about 10 months and the battery went off and had =

to be replaced. When contacted the local Aitel Customer Care Centre, I =

am really sorry to say that they didnt even know where the problem has =

to be referred. They have been discussing among themselves whether to =

send it to Delhi or Lucknow or Meerut. Such unprofessional people are =

being employed in customer care centres really irritates customers. But =

still we kept our cool and waited for an answer from them for atleast 10 =

days.


But due to the nature of my business I was forced to purchase a new =

handset i.e. Black Berry Pearl 8100. Again this handset just worked for =

only about 3 months and the display went off. Again the same story =

happened. I was supposed to leave for Italy three days later and was =

informed by Mr. Irfan (9897000210) who claimed to be the Corporate Head =

in Agra that it would be replaced before I leave. Then I got stories =

from various so-called Customer Service Executives that the handset can =

be repaired neither in Agra nor Delhi and had to be sent to Canada for =

replacement which they said would take atleast two weeks. Still we kept =

our cool and waited but had to wait and wait and wait for almost two =

months to get back the same old handset repaired delivered to us after =

hundreds and thousands of calls but astonished to note that the phone =

was delivered to us without the back cover (in the absence of which =

chances of battery coming out of the phone is possible).


Again inspite of repeated reminders over phone we still have not =

received the back cover without which the phone is useless. In the =

meantime the handset we had earlier (8700) was handed over to us with =

the battery replaced was being used by one of my Executives came up with =

another problem of "Track Wheel" not working. Now I have got three =

connections with you with Black Berry Service charges paid for one whole =

year (Rs. 6999) on the following numbers :

Having said all above, I have no other option but to surrender all the =

above connections just because of the behaviour/service of some =

unethical/unprofessional/liars in your Panel of Customer Care =

Executives. I do not have any other words beyond this to express myself.


Hope you could understand how much frustrated I should have been from =

the whole explanation I have given you through this email. Hope you will =

look into this personally and TAKE SOME STRINGENT ACTION to solve all my =

problems.

Note : Just because of the unattentive nature of your people I was =

forced to take a Black Berry connection from Vodafone (Hutch) which I am =

using right now.
