the verizon service I have received has been inferior and impotent in

resolving my VIOS tv delimna. i made a payment at noon with billpay,

confirmation 03704A, and my service has still not been restored. I am

disillusioned with Verizon and am thinking of changing to another internet

providers due to wait time, and overall lack of communication. This should

have been handled a long time ago, but obviously Verizon is illequipped and

understaffed to provide satisfactory service!

I counted the days until my contract ended. On March 3rd, I called to cancel my FIOS tv and internet service. I returned the equipment to my local store and received receipts. I have since battled the bills and late notices with Verizon. Each person in each dept tells me that everything shows that I cancelled but that for some unknown reason the account still is active. I have spent hours on the phone and still the nightmare continues. The US government depends on this type of incompetence to spy on Americans and not violate civil liberties? No wonder the country is headed in the wrong direction.
