RIP OFF

This business was online and claimed to be affiliated with INS. I went on their site in 2005 and paid $200.90 to pay for their services and to purchase the form N-400 which is the form of application for citizenship in the US. I found out that I was unable to apply for citizenship in 2005 since I needed to wait one more year for eligibility. I requested a refund and this company assured me that my information was saved with them for 5 years, and that I could access their website whenever I was eligible using the same user id and password to finish filling out the form N-400. Now that I'm ready, I went on their site and it didn't exist anymore. I was unable to log on the site to fill out the form N-400 I purchased. I have been emailing with USA Immigration Form Services Support at tech AT uscitizenship.info and they claimed they are not part of INSEXPERTS.com. I've been ripped off and I'm reporting it so that all the businesses that claim to be part of INS or online doing some kind of INS business can be investigated.
