2001 chevy suburban Diver Chervrolet 201 Greenhill Ave. Wilmington, DE 19805 US diverchev.com My husband and I bought this "lemon" 2 months ago. It has been nothing but headaches since. 2 days after we bought the car it was in the shop because the emergency brake failed to work. a few weeks after that we realized that the message center was broke when my 4 year old daughter opened the door on the highway and almost fell out, the message center showed nothing. We took it in for the message center and the guy said "oh, thats normal" and the problem was never fixed. After that, the sensor went and abs light came on. Took it back in to have that repaired. Soon after rear suspension and battery cell went, which we had to pay for even though it is still under warrenty. Yesterday while driving on the highway with my kids in the car 3rd gear went on the transmission! 2nd gear is about to go as well. I took it in today and they said that the transmission guy is out for a week!!!! I have to wait at least a week to have the guy even LOOK at it. It will be more like 2 weeks untill I get it back. To top it off they wouldnt provide me with a rental car in the meantime. I have told them twice about a noise "tapping" that the car is making and I get no response. I have contacted the BBB and my lawyer, who has an investigater on the case. All this has happend in 2 months and I have had it. I dont want this car anymore. My kids have already missed 2 weeks of school because of this crap. I feel totally scammed and abused by this company.My advice, dont buy a chevy, but if you do, DO NOT go to Diver Chevrolet in Wilmington Delaware. It was the worst mistake of my life and Im still paying for it. They were about to change the oil, instead they broke other things. I am still dealing with the consequences.
