TODAY I HAVE RECIEVED MESSAGE THAT TODAY IS LAST DATE OF BILL.THAN I CALLED TO 121 AND TALKED WITH YOUR SERVICE EXECUTIVE MR.HITESH KUMAR. HE REPLIED ME BILL IS SENT BY POST .I TOLD I HAVE NOT GOT THAT BUT REPLY WAS SO STRANGE, HE REPLIED THIS IS NOT airtel's DUTY, BILL IS NOT RECIEVED THIS IS MISTAKE OF POST DEPARTMENT & AIRTEL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS.HIS ANSWERS WERE LIKE THIS:- * WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE THAT YOU HAVE NOT GOT BILL BUT YOU HAVE TO PAY THE BILL BEFORE DEU DATE. *IF WE HAVE CHANGED OUR SYSTEM FROM COURIER TO POST THERE IS NOT REQUIRED TO TELL THIS TO CUSTOMER.
IN SHORT IF UR SERVICES WILL REMIAN LIKE SAME OR AIRTEL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR CAPABLE TO DISPATCH THE BILL BEFORE DEU DATE, THAN SEND THIS MESSAGE BY MAIL SO THAT I CAN THINK ABOUT OTHER OPTIONS. I HAVE ALREDY PAID MY BILL , BUT TELL ME HOW I WILL GET THE BILL OF THIS MONTH.
