being rude

i called in for an emergency ticket, and sudha booked the reservation 4 me..

but i couldnt buy the ticket coz of certain reasons..

the next day sudha called me and was yelling at me...

i've never had such a bad experience from any travel agency..

i will never ever refer this agency to anyone else in my whole life
