In June of 2003 I purchased a used Saab 95 from Toyota Shubert here in Gies=

sen Germany.....purchase price 15,590.00

After less than 30 minutes driving the car the check engine light came on a=

nd the auto would not function.....

During the next 16 months the car had to be serviced no less than 10 times =

for engine related problems.....

During the same 16 month period Toyota had to come to my home 3 times to ge=

t the car started.....

During the same 16 month period the car had to be towed 2 times into Toyotato get it to run......

In April 2005 I called Toyota because I found that the oil had turned yello=

w in my car..... I asked Toyota to come

and pick up the car and take a look at the problem..... The master mechanicfrom Toyota told me it was ok

to drive the car to them...... I drove with witness to Toyota and had the m=

aster mechanic take a look...... I was

told that yellow oil is normal and that I hadn't to worry about any problem=

s with the engine....

60 miles later the engine melted down in the middle lane of autobahn 5 wher=

e there is no speed limit.... putting my

life in extreme danger......

The next day Toyota claimed it was my fault and I had to pay for it.....

I retained legal representation who through an investigation determined tha=

t Toyota was at least half responsible for the

problem...(Hohlweck,Mayer,Kollengen and Persch...case number p05/0131) Toyo=

ta than agreed to pay half of the cost......

Toyota set the price for repair for my half at 10,000 dollars and demanded =

cash....

After I threatened to expose the situation to a local talk show Toyota fina=

nced the money but would not adjust the price to

a normal cost....

Toyota than held my car in repair for 4 months.....

On July 27th 2005 I went to pick up my car from Toyota....when I started th=

e car the check engine light was on and the car

would not run......my lawyer said he would not go up against Toyota any fur=

ther and strangely quit that day.....

Toyota refused to correct the problems and refused to give me a guarantee o=

n the work that they hadnt done.....stating that

they were working together with my lawyer and I didnt have a chance againstthem to win or to get anything done to fix my car...and

I could not do anything about it......(Quote from a Toyota representative)

Toyota totally destroyed my car.....the electrical system was and still mal=

functions....the rims were bent.....the brakes were

removed......old worn tires were put on in the place of the new ones that w=

ere there......the clutch was sticking....the car until

this day will not operate with the heat or air on.......

For two years I attempted to speak with Toyota credit bank about the proble=

m...they refused to speak with me and only said

that I had to pay for this car anyway.....I asked that they halt the paymen=

ts until the car was repaired properly..... Toyota Scuhbert

refused to correct the problems stating that didnt have too.....and repeate=

dly refused to give any record or guarantee of the work

they did....or rather did not do.....

To reduce the tension I agreed to pay the balance of the car and than pursu=

e justice in the matter....

On April 20 2007 at 17:51 I paid 3,400 euro to Toyota through the local ban=

k (the balance that was owed within a few euros)

Toyota claims they never received it..... and the bank who sent it claims Inever sent it through them...(The bank executives here

drive company cars from Toyota Schubert)...........and the bank refuses to =

review the tapes of that evening.....

Toyota has come to my home two times illegaly since July 2 to take my car w=

hile the case was under review by new legal representation....

Toyota has now threatend to take my car this Friday unless I pay them 3,500=

euro (not exact)....

I am asking please that someone from your office look into this matter so t=

hat it can be resolved and I can get back to the business

of living my life in peace......as my life has been greatly disturbed for y=

ears now because of this......
