Spint Cell phone store at Daly City CAL

My name is Henry, and I have a complaint to make. On 10/16/07, my Sanyo

Katana cell phone will not turn on. I brought it three month ago from a

Sprint store located at 320 Gellert Blvd. Daly City CA94015. (Store

number 0543 at Saramonte shoppping area; phone 650-301-1730) The store

blamed on me not purchase insurance on this phone. They charged me $60

for a replacement although the phone is still under one year

manufacturer warranty. They would not honor the valid manufacturer

warranty and offered me an 800 number to call. I need my cell phone for

work, so I could not wait for months to send it to Sanyo for repair. I

have no choice but paid $60 for a used phone offered by this Sprint

store. On top of everything, the clerk named Richard D. is new and very

rude. I want to let all our readers to avoid shopping cell with this

store and be very careful in dealing with them. I need "ABC channel 7 on

your side" to help me to get a refund from this store. Please contact me
