Dear Mm: Dear Wendy as you requested I am filing this complain again now that it is clear that your agents Stole the property from Mr.Schelek for 340600 and have put it in the market for $449000.00 dollars a 110 thousands rip-off! I respectfully request that you investigate the unethical behavior of Melanie, who in collusion with her straw-man JAIMIE has defrauded the seller of unit 1001, by violating the confidentiality rule. This is a $100,000.00 dollars white color crime and the seller has the right to know that the property he sold for 340600.00 is remarketed and put on the MLS by these fraudsters for $450000.00, the day after the seller signed the contract. In a country that shoplifters go to jail for $10.00 dollars, the criminal âProperty liftersâ of over $100,000.00 should not go unpunished.! It is our belief that to pull off the scheme the broker of your branch as definitely involved. I was the first buyer who look at this property at 9.00 a.m. and presented the first offer via a gullible Century 21 agent. The property was sold to a holding company controlled by Melanie and the listing agent, using a destitute puppet named â Jaime,â (who is another agent), to cover their tract! Since there was confidentiality ! As we were suspicious of their fraudulent and unethical conduct, as property was sold only by a meager $600.00 dollars over our offer, we were surprised that the agents using âJaimeâ as a front are offering us and a few of our friends the property for $450,000.00 dollars, the next day. We have many forms of documents, confessions, witnesses to prove our points raised here. As there was a total disregard for Confidentiality and ethical conduct, the agent would have out-bided us, regardless of our offer.
ALL THESE ACTIVITIES WERE HAPPENNING WHILE THE SELLER DID NOT KNOW that these agents were conspiring to cheat him of $100,000.00 dollars, by offering it for $110000.00 more, which per Jaimeâs confessions would be divided among his co-conspirators, minus his fees! At one point back and forth Jaime even describes the elaborate network and attempt to sell it but did not know how to write-up the commission when the property is in escrow and has not closed! Even method of cheating Royal LeLepage out of commission has been discussed. We are still doing our work and and gathering evidence of rip-off by these agents now that the property is officially listed by Royal Lepage for $450000.00. They have refused to accept any offer less that 440000.00!! ALL WE WANT IS the sellerâs phone # to inform him of this white color crime. Royal Lepage manager Darrel has refused to inform the seller because of his own involvement.. If the manger had nothing to hide, why he did not inform the seller about our concerns, without any barking at us with IMPUNITY. I understand that in this case, however unethical, might bring nothing for us; but it is an absolute right of the seller to become aware of these events and get his $100,000.00 dollars from these cheaters. That is why we would pursue this case . We have done our homework discovering all these connections which has numerous paper traces. Now we expect you to do your internal investigation, in addition to informing the seller about our concerns.
