I have talked to several different people with this company and have =

asked them not to keep calling my mom's house and hanging up when she =

picks up the phone., and it is still happening. I am suppose be on a =

payment plan of minimum paymen to $18.00 a month, but it is not showing =

that on my statment. I talked to someone in Sept, when it was to be set =

up and I have be making my payments of $18.00 of more and I still get =

phone calls. The person that I talked to said that there would be no =

phone calls unless they didn't receive a payment before the due date. =

They have been receiving the payment on or before the due date, and =

they called to verify that they received it and two days later they =

started calling again. I know that I have a passed due amount and I =

also know when my bill is due They don't need to call me very day of the =

week to remind me. Pleas see what you can do to stop them calling and =

bothering my mom.
