VONAGE

Vonage has illegaly charged my account two times without my authorization. On two seperate days i setup two different accounts with two different usernames, shipping addresses, telephone numbers and account numbers. I only put credit card inforamtion into one account ending in 840 and Vonage took it upon themselves to apply the credit card information to the other account without my authorization, which I didnt even know still existed because I closed out of it when I found out it would cost me $88.60. Vonage as also told me that I would get my money back from them when I returned the equipment to them or refused the delivery which I did and the equipment was returned to Vonage on 10/3/07 & 10/5/07 and Vonage on both of those days I called them and they refused to give me my money back because it was not in there records yet that it was reveiced and to give it 10 days or so and then told me that if I wanted to cancel the account would have to first pay them for all the devices and a fee of 42.00 a line to temporary cancel the accounts and once the equipment is back in there possession I will get all of my money back. Well as of today 10-16-07 Vonage is still stating that have not received the equipment yet, even though UPS's tracking website states that the equipment as been received by the sender as of 10/3/07 & 10/5/07. Vonage is a ripoff and have illegally charged my accounty and wont to charge me monthly until I give them $42.00 to disconnect services. I was told by and rep from the company that I applied the card information to both accounts, which I didnt because I only had enough for one and the rep that I spoke to on the next day after looking into my account told me that although they are two seperate accounts they both use the same email addresses so they automatically charged my card. DONT EVER SIGN UP FOR VONAGE THEY ARE MISLEADERS AND DONT WANT TO GIVE PEOPLE THERE MONEY BACK.
