Reserved truck not location?

I called on thursday(09/27/07) the U-Haul number for Andalusia,AL and talked with a woman about reserving a 14' U-Haul moving truck ONE WAY from Andalusia Al. to Chipley,Fl. on saturday Sept. 29,2007. I gave my credit card number to the U-Haul lady to reserve the truck. She told me that I could pick up my 14' truck on saturday morning in Andalusia. I gave her my home number & my cell number. On saturday morning,I drove about 100 miles to get to Andalusia and when I arrived at the address for the U-Haul business,it was at a Days Inn Motel. I walked in & told the receptionist why I was there & she told me to talk with the other lady behind the desk. This lady(Debbie Page) told me that she did not have my truck in Andalusia,Al. I told her that I had reserved a truck for that saturday & she informed me that there was a truck "down the road" from Andalusia if I wanted to go pick it up. I was never called & told that my truck was not in Andalusia before i talked with the U-Haul lady. She informed me that I had reserved a truck NOT a location??? even though I was told when reserving the U-Haul truck that I could pick it up in Andalusia since it was a ONE WAY move. The "down the road" town where my 14' truck was would have been over a 60 mile round trip drive for me. I was NEVER told that this Days Inn Motel was a "pick up" point for U-Haul trucks..I was told that my truck would be waiting & ready in Andalusia when I arrived! Debbie Page also informed me that she "owned" the building when I asked about complaining to someone and that if I did complain that she would be the one getting the complaint & that would be as far as it would go! I ended up wasting a day driving to Andalusia,Al. to move my mothers belongings to Chipley,Fl. There is no other moving company in Andalusia so I have to make another trip back there. I can not believe the attitude I got from the owner..she told me several times "either take it or leave it"!! When I called and made a truck reservation,if I had been told that I might have to pick the truck up in some other town then I would have made different arrangements but I was told from the start from the U-Haul lady in Andalusia that everything would be ready for me when I arrives on saturday.
