Kellogg's 1-800 Number I wanted to talk to customer service at Kellogg's. On Kelloggs.com, you have to enter a birthday and reason before they show you the page with the customer service 800 number on it. http://www2.kelloggs.com/ContactUs.aspx I called their number, 1-800-962-1413, and everything is based on voice response. It asks me to say "representative" if I want to talk to a human. I said it a couple of times, but it kept saying that it does not understand what I said. There is no other way to get through. The buttons do not work. With all the accents we have, it is really stupid to ask a consumer to say "representative" in order to talk to someone.
