Bought New Tires Balanced and wheel Alignment with Roadside assistance Free Valves and Balance

Was told it was the whole 9 yards

Today I go in for what I thought was, as the Invoice stated, Free Tire rotation and Wheel Balance, Now I find out that their Free offer to get me to buy Tires [Free Valves and Balance] Cancels out the free balance waranty. So they suckered me into thinking I had the lifetime warranty on the tires but since there was no charge initially for the balance I'm SOL

sir, if your invoice stated lifetime balancing then in fact you should have lifetime bal/rotation. if the code 044263 is to the left of your balance line then it is only 1 time balancing. i work for goodyear and were not all the same. if you contact goodyear corporate im sure they will take care of it.
